This registry-based analysis provides a longitudinal overview of implant therapy within the maxillary esthetic zone over a 15-year period. The data suggest three developments: (1) increasing integration of digital workflows through CAIS; (2) a cautious tendency toward earlier implant placement protocols; (3) a gradual reduction in simultaneous guided bone augmentation.
