A ZIF-8 dual-functional platform enables biochemical-reagent-free visual HBV detection. By combining molecular imprinting with intrinsic peroxidase-like activity, the sensor generates colorimetric signals upon target recognition. Smartphone-integrated RGB analysis achieves a 2.22 pM detection limit within 15 minutes at ultralow cost, offering point-of-care testing potential for resource-limited settings.
