Abstract:
We present the case of a 66-year-old man with a right-sided aortic arch with aneurysmal dilation to 6.7 cm. The patient was treated with a complex cerebral debranching and thoracic branch endoprosthesis (TBE) with stenting into the right common carotid artery. After intervention, the proximal TBE stent deployment just distal to the origin of the left common carotid artery with patent right common carotid artery stent and cerebral bypasses. Our case presents a novel intervention using TBE and complex cerebral debranching for aortic arch aneurysmal dilation in the setting of a right-sided aortic arch.
