Abstract:
Bi-TATB MOF enables efficient visible-light-driven selective aerobic oxidation of benzylamine, where the substrate coordinates to free carboxyl groups and acts as a molecular co-catalyst, enhancing ligand-to-ligand charge transfer and visible light absorption. It achieves 99% conversion and 95% selectivity for 3-chlorobenzylamine, offering a new design concept for MOF photocatalysts.
