Abstract:
What if you want to remove unwanted cells in developing organoids? In this issue of Cell Stem Cell, Taheri, Xiang, et al.1 engineered synthetic gene circuits in an iPSC line and used them to delete less mature cells in developing liver organoids and embryoids, leading to more mature phenotypes.
