[Upper segmental hydronephrosis in incomplete duplex system (a subtype of Fraley's syndrome)]

We present a case of upper segmental hydronephrosis in the incomplete duplex system due to vascular obstruction of superior ureteropelvic junction. This case appears to be a subtype of Fraley's syndrome in the incomplete duplex system.
