Treatment of psoriasis: trioxalen and sunlight

Abstract:
Eighteen psoriasis patients were treated alternately with 40 mg of trioxalen and sunlight on the right side and sunlight only on the left side. Improvement was apparent faster on the psoralen-exposed side.
