Nurses as end-user searchers of the literature on CD-ROM

As the resource center for nursing information, the staff development department is the ideal location for facilitation of end-user searching of the nursing and medical literature. The authors report on a project undertaken to encourage searching of CD-ROM databases to improve patient care.
