This study highlights a rare case of seronegative systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in a patient also diagnosed with autoimmune thyroiditis. It underscores the importance of considering SLE even without positive antinuclear antibodies (ANA) when autoimmune thyroiditis is present.
