Abstract:
Report on the value of ultrasonic studies in thyroid "cold nodules" prior to surgery. In 196 cases was done this complementary examination which was correlated afterwards with the anatomopathological findings, in all of them. The pathologist control is the most valuable aspect of the work done, in the A's opinion.
