Aspects of proton MR spectroscopy in the seizure patient

Seizures, especially epileptic seizures, are among the most common neurologic symptoms. They may occur as a result of fever, hypoglycemia, or acute central nervous system infections. This article discusses how MR imaging and MR spectroscopy contribute to the management of the epileptic patient.
