Motivation and productivity in the radiology department

The successful motivation of employees is often seen as a way to reach a maximum level of productivity. The authors attempt to identify the components of personal motivation, define motivation theories, and explore motivation strategies that can be utilized in a radiology department. The purpose is to discover the relationship between motivation and increased productivity. The authors also examine productivity measurement systems currently being used in radiology departments.
