Abstract
Objective:
To explore the effect of retrosigmoid approach surgery of trigeminal never to treat trigeminal neuralgia.
Method:
Twenty-six patients underwent the selective trigeminal neurectomy, among them 2 cases of surgical removal of the cerebellopontine angle cholesteatoma and 2 cases of trigeminal never branch No. I splitting; four patients underwent microvascular decompression.
Result:
By 1-7 years of following up, only one case of microvascular decompression recurrence in all successful operations.
Conclusion:
