Abstract:
Peculiarities of course of diabetes mellitus (DM) in animal, simulated using alloxan, were suggested. There was given comparative characteristic of efficacy of deportalization operation, transplantation of pancreatic cellular-tissue culture and transplantation of pancreatoduodenal complex in treatment of DM basing on results of biochemical, hormonal and histological investigations.
