    Summary

    Complex odontomas are rare dental growths composed of all tooth tissues, usually asymptomatic. This case highlights an unusually large complex odontoma causing pain and impacting molar eruption.

    • Odontomas are benign odontogenic tumors characterized by disorganized enamel and dentin formation.

    Observation:

    • A case report detailing an unusually large complex odontoma.
