Summary

This study created a Web site to help nurses use evidence in their practice. Nurses using the resource showed better attitudes toward evidence-based practice and increased resource access.

To describe the development of a Web-based resource to facilitate nurses' integration of evidence into practice.
To assess nurses' attitudes and current use of evidence resources.
To evaluate the impact of the Web site on nurses' attitudes and resource utilization.

An institutional initiative to develop a Web-based resource for nurses.
