dsRNA-ended genomes in orthobunyavirus particles and infected cells
1Department of Microbiology and Molecular Medicine, University of Geneva School of Medicine, CMU, 9 Avenue de Champel, 1211 Geneva, Switzerland.
Abstract:
dsRNA-ended genome RNPs accumulate during LaCrosse bunyavirus infection. The possible significance of these dsRNA structures for orthobunyavirus replication and survival are discussed.
