Silent Tumefactive Demyelinating Lesions and Radiologically Isolated Syndrome

Tumefactive demyelinating lesions (TDLs) are rare central nervous system inflammatory disorders. This report details the first known case of an asymptomatic TDL, incidentally found in an 18-year-old, later diagnosed with radiologically isolated syndrome.

- Tumefactive demyelinating lesions (TDLs) are large (≥2 cm) demyelinating lesions in the central nervous system, often presenting with diverse neurological deficits.
