Access to fatherhood for men is based on the early stages of child sexuality and psychological bisexuality, which are at the origin of a vulnerability that can be at psychopathological risk. The necessary reconciliation with parental imagos and narcissistic rearrangements may require specialised support, beyond the support role currently reserved for it in the context of motherhood.
