Abstract:
In Japan, disease-modifying drugs for multiple sclerosis have amounted to eight, to date, providing us with various therapeutic choices. However, we still encounter difficult cases resistant to these drugs. This review summarizes the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for refractory multiple sclerosis by presenting suggestive cases.
