Effect of rapid cycle deliberate practice in peripheral intravenous catheters insertion training: A simulation

Licensed Practical Nurses showed improved peripheral intravenous catheter insertion skills after rapid cycle deliberate practice simulation training. Both training methods significantly enhanced performance, with no statistically significant difference between them post-intervention.
