Abstract:
Psychological safety and resilience are key factors in any well-functioning and organized work environment. Both concepts are central to team building and patient safety in pathology and laboratory medicine. This article seeks to define and expand upon each concept and provide useful tools for providing a culture of both in the laboratory.
