This article delves into the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in predicting treatment prognosis in endodontics. It explores how different AI models analyze clinical and radiographic data to enhance diagnostic precision and forecast treatment outcomes. Key topics include the role of AI algorithms in assessing case difficulty and decision-making, deep caries management, regenerative endodontic procedures, nonsurgical root canal treatment and retreatment, endodontic microsurgery, postoperative pain, and flare ups. Limitations and future directions are also discussed.
