Method:
The author describes a structured jigsaw puzzle learning activity in which nursing students analyzed Code provisions, collaborated in small groups, and synthesized findings to explore how nurses can foster civility and healthy work environments.
Results:
The learning activity strengthened engagement with the Code, encouraged collaboration, and helped learners evaluate the nurse's role in promoting civility and healthy work cultures. Sample student outputs from Provisions 1 and 6 illustrate the activity's effectiveness.
