Vascular enhancement processing of ultra-widefield fundus camera images significantly boosts diagnostic sensitivity for proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) and improves neovascularization (NV) detection accuracy. This noninvasive technique offers a practical tool for DR screening.
