Summary

DNA-templated silver nanoclusters (AgNC) offer a novel fluorescence shift sensor for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) detection. This method rapidly and specifically detects targets like forkhead box P3 (FOXP3) DNA by analyzing fluorescence changes upon hybridization.
