Summary

Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) measurements of ganglion cell complex (GCC) thickness are more effective than retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) measurements for early glaucoma detection. These findings aid in the early diagnosis of preperimetric glaucoma.
