Abstract:
A dual-ligand strategy is reported for engineering coordination defects in Cu-BTC/HCTP solid-state electrolytes through regulation of the BTC/HCTP coordination ratio. The optimised defect concentration generates an open, nanosheet-stacked hierarchical structure with abundant open Cu sites, promoting Li+ transport. Consequently, the optimised Li@Cu-B4H8 electrolyte delivers a high ionic conductivity of 1.26 mS cm-1, a Li+ transference number of 0.74 and outstanding cycling stability.
