Abstract:
An innovative, hybrid teaching sequence, structured in three phases, was implemented with first-year nursing students to teach endotracheal suctioning. This program promotes engagement, active memorization, and the acquisition of technical skills. It reflects the new trends in health education and the opportunities offered by interdisciplinary collaboration: the complementary nature of the pedagogical expertise of nursing instructors and the technological expertise of multimedia engineers.
